Privacy Policy & Affiliate Disclosure
We collect exactly three things — your WhatsApp messages, the details you type into the subscription form, and unnamed traffic analytics. We do not sell data. Some links are marked Shopee affiliate links that may earn us a commission; that is stated on every page carrying them.
What we collect
- WhatsApp messages you send us (message content, your number).
- Subscription form (Tally or email): your email/contact and whatever you type yourself — for example crop or property type. No identity-card fields, no personal documents.
- Analytics via Google Analytics 4 — pages visited, in unnamed aggregate form.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to send the price/guide updates you asked for, and to know which pages are useful. We do not sell your data, we do not build advertising profiles, and we do not merge it with third parties for marketing.
Affiliate disclosure
Some pages carry Shopee links marked as affiliate links. If you buy through one, we may receive a commission from Shopee — your price does not change. Non-Shopee shopping links are not used on this site, in line with the affiliate programme terms we operate under [shopee-no-lazada-rule]. Our opinions are not for sale: editorial picks are written first, the affiliate link is attached afterwards, and products we do not rate do not get a direct link.
Third-party processors
Tally (forms), Google Analytics (measurement), WhatsApp/Meta (messages) and Cloudflare (hosting). Each processes data under its own policy; we run no third-party advertising on this site.
How long we keep it
WhatsApp messages and form details are kept as long as needed to deal with you and for fact-correction records, then deleted. You can request a copy, a correction or deletion of your data at any time — contact us and we will act within a reasonable period, consistent with the notice duties of the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
